I am an American citizen of Italian descent and have had the good fortune to travel to Italy numerous times in my lifetime. This year I decided to purchase a condo in Tropea, Italy so that I will be able to spend extended time in Italy after I retire.
I chose Tropea for its beauty and location in Calabria, the area from which my grandparents came. I had the good fortune to find Cristian Buttafuoco and his real estate agency. Cristian guided me throughout the process of looking for a condo and purchasing it. He answered all my questions and worked closely with me, the seller, and my attorney so that the purchase went smoothly.
He continues to be there for me whenever I have a question or need regarding my new home. Cristian is excellent in all ways. He is knowledgeable, kind, hard- working, honest, trustworthy, and loyal. I could not have been happier with the service he provided and continues to provide.
