We worked with Cristian in the purchase of a newly built home. He went above and beyond to help us communicate with the builders, attorney, furniture dealer and register the house with the town. My wife and I don’t speak Italian (we only speak English) and he could easily communicate with us and serve as a translator. He’s honest, responsive and hardworking. I would definitely use him for a future purchase and recommend him to anyone outside of Italy who’s looking for a home in beautiful Calabria.
